Governed by an elected Board of Directors, the HOA provides oversight of budgeting, reserve planning, maintenance of common elements, and enforcement of governing documents. The Board directs the community’s policies, decisions, and governance, while 360 Blue’s staff carries out the administrative and operational tasks necessary to keep things running smoothly.
